Transfer Procedure
Clearance Certificate and Transfer Certificate (TC) Guidelines
To ensure a smooth clearance and transfer process, guardians are required to follow the guidelines below:
Clearance Certificate (Non-Residential):
- All outstanding dues, including the current month’s tuition fee, must be paid in full before a clearance certificate can be issued.
Hostel Seat Cancellation (Classes One to Eight):
- Guardians must notify the school authority at least three months in advance if they wish to cancel hostel seats.
- The full year’s hostel fees must be paid, regardless of early cancellation.
- If guardians voluntarily cancel the seat mid-year, they are required to pay the entire year’s fees and submit an application for a clearance certificate.
Residency Requirement for Classes Nine to Twelve:
- Students in Classes Nine through Twelve must remain in residence until the end of the academic session. Transfer Certificates (TC) are not applicable during this time.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued only after the residency period has concluded, or alternatively, students must fulfill the payment for the entire contracted period to receive a TC.
Board-Related TC Procedures:
- Guardians are responsible for completing all board-related TC procedures independently.
