I am delighted to welcome you to Educare Ideal School & College (EISC), Kushtia. Education is the manifestation of love and my most cherished possession. Education drives away ignorance through illumination and it emboldens a person to righteous thought and action. It empowers an individual and broadens the horizon of her/his mind. It energizes a society and enables a person to earn his/her living with respect and honour.

I am greatly rejoiced and proudly place our record the fact that Educare, the visionary dream of its founder chairman M.H Rasel, a hummable servant of education whose little mission more than a decade ago to transform a small school into a promising college has unfolded into an institution of glorious past and great future.

In order to accomplish our vision and mission, we are committed to taking the highest effort for the betterment of top academic performance in Bangladesh. We are proud of our academic performance, but at Educare, education means much more than the pursuit of top grades. Character building, instilling high moral values, development of wholesome personality and awareness of societal obligation are central to Educare endowed with futuristic outlook aims to continual growth in the quality of all academic activities including extra and co-curricular activities with commitment to fully meet the expectation of the students, parents and the society at large. We get encouragement looking at the bright and successful career of our hundreds of students which subsequently benefit the society.

Our Educare cares for the individual development of each and every student. We follow “Mentor System” under which each class is put into a multi-pronged web of a teacher. We accord prime importance to the behavioral discipline, moral integrity and cognitive development of our students through different club activities such as Language Club, Debating Club, Cultural Club, Sports Club, Readers Forum etc similar to cadet college system.

Our teachers strive to teach not only academic programs but also life skills needed for students’ self-development with highly resourceful faculty. What we offer here, we are actually aware of our obligation to equip our students to make their way in the world as confident, caring, dignified and responsible global citizens.
