Eligibility for Admission
Science Department: To be eligible for admission, applicants must have obtained a GPA of 4.00 in their SSC examination, with Higher Mathematics and Biology as mandatory subjects.
Business Studies: For admission in the Business Studies program, applicants need to have achieved a GPA between 3.00 and 5.00 in their SSC examination.
Humanities Department: For admission in the Humanities program, applicants need to have achieved a GPA between 3.00 and 5.00 in their SSC examination.
Regarding the Application Process
While completing the online admission application form, it is essential to provide accurate and correct information. Applicants must select “First Choice Ideal School and College.” Providing any false information will lead to the disqualification of the admission application. Even after admission, if any provided information is found to be false, the college authorities reserve the right to revoke the admission.
During the admission application process, applicants should furnish information based on the SSC exam admit card and transcript.
A recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant (with a clearly visible face) must be uploaded.
In the application form, the student must provide the obtained grade points in the SSC examination for i. Physical Education, ii. Health and Sports, and iii. Career Education subjects, apart from regular education.
Publication of Admission Results: The selected students’ results will be communicated via SMS to their mobile phones and will also be published on the college website.
Note: There is no need for married individuals to apply. If anyone gets married during the session, they will be issued a Transfer Certificate (as child marriage is a crime according to the law). It is mandatory to wear the designated college uniform and adhere to the college’s rules and regulations. Bringing and using mobile phones in the college premises are strictly prohibited. If there are any objections to any of these matters, there is no need to apply.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS
Application Process:
- The guardian can collect the admission form from our office or our institution’s website.
- The application form can be submitted online or at the office of the admission desk.
- Application must be submitted with the following supporting documents for both resident & non-resident students:
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the applicant.
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of each parent/guardian.
- Applicant birth certificate.
- Applicant, Father, Mother, and Guardian passport copy (for Foreign Applicants only).
- Applicant, Father, Mother, and/or Guardian NID (for Bangladeshi applicants only).
- Letter of conduct and behavior from previous schools.
- School leaving certificate or school leaving report.
- The most recent full school report and any other reports from the past 12 months.
- Medical details of any specific or special medical requirements.
Application Review:
- Admission into Educare Ideal School & College is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Applications are subject to relevant approvals and availability of places in the desired class.
- Once the completed application and supporting documents are received, a placement test date will be arranged.
Placement Test:
- The placement test assesses academic achievement and moral conduct.
The test includes: - English proficiency test (reading, writing, and oral communication).
- Science & Math check to assess previous year’s learning.
- Key Stage 3 Assessment for entry to Grade 8-9.
- Class participation observation to evaluate interaction, problem-solving, teamwork, and behavior.
- Informal conversation with the class teacher on discipline and conduct.
Assessment Outcome:
The assessment outcome will be one of the following:
- Accepted: An official offer letter will be sent, including payment details.
- Conditional Offer: Further assessment may be required, and a follow-up meeting will be arranged.
- Unsuccessful Applicant: A notification letter will be sent with feedback.
- Waiting List: If the class is full, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list.
Admission Process:
- Admission form can be collected for various classes.
- Admission for Pre-primary is through interviews with guardians.
- Admission for Class One to Nine is based on a written test and interview of guardians.
Terms and Conditions:
- Admission is subject to meeting standards and satisfactory performance.
- The Head of School’s approval based on the entrance assessment is required.
- Parents/guardians must sign the Terms and Conditions of the school.
- Required fees must be paid on or before the stated deadline.
